Using the equation of state given by Freedman and McLerran (1978) and that given by Qu et al. (1981) and Wang et al. (1982) for an abnormal neutron state with abnormal protons, an investigation is carried out of models of stars having an interior in a quark state and an outlayer in an abnormal neutron state. It is found that there is a possibility of stable quark-abnormal neutron stars existing.
