Quantitative prediction of cross sections and rate coefficients for molecular processes in astrophysical environments requires accurate quantum dynamics calculations. I will discuss recent progress in our group on quantum dynamics studies of reactive and non-reactive collisions of interest in the interstellar medium. Results of ro-vibrational energy transfer in He-CO, H-CO and H2-H2 collisions will be presented and the sensitivity of results to details of the interaction potential will be discussed.
