It is shown that there exists a wide class of elementary-particle theories in which the probability of the quantum creation of an inflationary universe is rather large and a typical size of the universe after inflation exceeds the size of the observable part of the universe. Specifically, it is found that this quantum-creation process leads with a large probability to the creation of an exponentially expanding universe, which after expansion acquires the size l not less than about 10 to the 28th cm.
