It is proved that Bellert's cosmological theory gives the same values of expectations of physical quantities as quantum mechanics. It is also shown that one of the uncertainty principles, fundamental in relativity quantum mechanics, holds in Bellert's theory, too. Thanks to this fact, an approximation of the length of the quantum of time in Bellert's theory is obtained.
