It is clear that X-ray flux and radio flux are correlated in accreting black holes. This is a compelling link between accretion inflows and jet outflows, and it is often discussed in terms of a disk-jet connection. Prior studies have failed to detect the accretion disk directly, however, leaving open the role of the disk in driving and modulationg jets. We will report on 20 simultaneous observations of Cygnus X-1 using Suzaku and the Ryle radio telescope. The disk is detected through thermal continuum emission and a relativistic iron line using Suzaku. Correlations between disk flux, temperature, and radius, and radio jet flux, will be presented and discussed in the context of prevalent models for jet production.
