The scheme of a purely discontinuous random process is applied to the investigation of irregular forces effects in stellar systems. Kolmogorov-Feller's equations are reduced to a form convenient for the description of variations of star motion parameters during encounters with field stars. Fourier method is used for the approximate solution of the second Kolmogorov-Feller equation which describes the velocity modulus variations. The regular cluster potential is neglected. The evolution of a velocity distribution function for groups of stars with given mass and initial velocity distribution is investigated for the case of stars relaxing among the field stars. The escape rate of stars of different masses and the amount of energy taken away by the dissipated stars are evaluated.
