Data on 145 maxima and 107 minima in the light curve of the cool
oxygen-rich Mira variable R Leonis as observed since 1757 are presented
to allow a thorough study of the pulsational long-term behaviour of this
star and its relations to shock waves and related pulsational phenomena
in Miras. Their analysis is to be published separately.
