There is wide expectation that GLAST will produce fundamental advance in our understanding of physics in the pulsar magnetosphere. The site and dominant radiation mechanism for the Gamma-Ray emission is still controversial -- and I spend a few minutes reviewing the basic GLAST measurements of pulse profile, spectrum and population that should lay these issues to rest -- but the order of magnitude sensitivity increase should also allow a high precision probe of the processes active in the brightest pulsars. Since this is an often neglected aspect I want to emphasize the ways in which GLAST data should allow dramatically improved probes of physical conditions in the magnetosphere. Abetted by lower energy measurements, we should be in a position to map out the pair production and radiation in considerable detail. Finally, modest extrapolation from the present pulsar populations suggests some new types of Gamma-ray emitters will be found. A review of some leading possibilities helps illustrate the power of the GLAST discovery space.
