HOFFMANN1-3 has suggested comparison of the frequency of terrestrial clocks and of signals from pulsars to test the prediction from general relativity theory regarding the effect on frequency of changing gravitational fields and motion. Sadeh4 is reported to be making such a comparison. I wish to point out an amendment to Hoffmann's analysis.
