The author calls attention to the fact of a systematic increase of the values of pulsars dispersion measures at frequencies below 100 MHz. The analysis of this increase detected the extra dispersion time delay of pulses of all pulsars under consideration: PSR 0329+54, PSR 0823+26, PSR 0834+06, PSR 0950+08, PSR 1133+16, PSR 1929+10 and PSR 2016+28. Following Shitov's (1983) interpretation of an extra dispersion time delay as a twist of the pulsar's magnetic field line the author has obtained that a twist angle is nearly proportional to the pulsar rotation rate power one and radius of the emitting region power four.
