We have made 800 MHz individual-pulse polarization observations of four strong, low-dispersion pulsars. We present average waveforms and polarization distribution displays for these data. A comparison with similar observations at 430 and 1404 MHz shows that the polarization distribution function changes only slightly over this frequency range. As in Paper I, we find evidence that orthogonally polarized radiation is the major depolarizing agent in these pulsars. Radiation in orthogonal modes occurs superposed in time (rather than occurring disjointly) and depolarizes the radiation even when one mode completely dominates the position angle distribution. Randomly polarized emission is a minor component of the observed radiation and does not change significantly in importance as a function of frequency. The observations reported here and in Paper I were conducted simultaneously; a dual-frequency, individual-pulse polarization study is in preparation.
