Clear correlation is found for the microstructure of PSR 1133+16 observed simultaneously at 67.5, 78.9, and 102.55 MHz. The time delay follows the dispersion relation, suggesting a dispersion measure of DM equals 4.8413 + or - 0.0003/cu cm pc. This precise determination of dispersion measure makes it possible to measure the retardation and aberration time of pulses emitted simultaneously at 102.55 and 1700 MHz; from these the radii of the emission regions at these frequencies may be computed. It is also possible to estimate the limits of the Lorentz factor and the electron density of the emitting plasma.
