The correlation functions of velocity and magnetic fluctuations in helical developed MHD turbulence driven by random forces with mixed noise correlators are studied in the quantum field model. The exponential increasing of the magnetic fluctuations is stabilized by spontaneous symmetry breaking mechanism which leads to the creation of homogeneous magnetic field B0. It is well known that the α-effect appears in the helical MHD model due to creation of an electromotive force parallel with B0. The maximal value of α is determined in the Kolmogorov universal regime. Its contribution into the particle acceleration is estimated. The contribution on ~100 MeV protons acceleration is discussed and compared with the 2nd Fermi acceleration mechanism.
