Observational data on the magnetic field, velocity dispersion, and rotation associated with the star formation on molecular clouds are analyzed. The influence of compressibility, intermittency, and magnetic field on the spectral index of turbulence is assessed. The gravitational MHD instabilities in self-gravitating sheets, cylinders, and spheres are considered. It is shown that the hierarchical sequence - superclouds, cloud complexes, and molecular and protostellar clouds - is based on changes in the exponents of scaling relations for velocity dispersion and dimension, for magnetic field and density, and for angular velocity and dimension.
