The Thinking Telescopes/RAPTOR (RAPid Telescopes for Optical Response) system is an autonomous network of robotic telescopes that is capable of finding and making follow-up observations of fast optical transients that have durations shorter than a minute. The network is composed of telescope arrays that persistently monitor the sky and more powerful rapid response telescopes that conduct real-time follow-up observations. We present optical observations of the gamma-ray burst location collected in the minutes before, during, and after the gamma-ray emitting interval. In particular, we discuss simultaneous multi-color observations of the prompt and early afterglow emission collected with the new RAPTOR-T telescope array. RAPTOR-T(echnicolor) is an array of four co-aligned 0.4-m telescopes_each with a different clear/VRI filter_that are carried on a rapidly slewing mount that is capable of slewing and beginning observations anywhere in the visible hemisphere in less than 10 seconds. First results from a new RAPTOR wide-field monitoring array that is capable of simultaneously observing 1,000 square-degrees to a depth of R 16th magnitude in 30 seconds and covering the full sky above 35 degrees elevation every 10 minutes will also be presented.
