The films of eruptive prominences (EPs) registered at the Astronomical Institute of the Wroclaw University, Poland (1979 and 1980 years) were digitized with the automatic microdensitometer at the National Astronomical Observatory Rozhen, Bulgaria. The basic algorithms for processing of the digitized prominence images, determination of the kinematic parameters (velocity and acceleration) of the EP, as well as the dynamics and the evolution of the EP internal structure, are considered. The same magnetic structure is thought to be involved in the EPs and flares but at different spatial and energetic scales.
