The methods of censored data processing and their importance are introduced in this paper. The solutions for distribution and regression problems of censored data are given and have been realized on computer. In the part of applications, the statistical relation between 2 keV monochromatic X-ray luminosity lx and ≡2500 Å monochromatic ultraviolet luminosity l0 is studied with the new methods.
