We suggest a new procedure to take into account the flat-field effect based on compensating for the gradient and local irregularities of the image background. It was tested by reducing numerous CCD images taken with the S1C-017 camera and the Zeiss-600 astrograph of Andrushivka Astronomical Observatory (observatory code A50). No auxiliary flat-field image is used. The MIDAS software package is described for preliminary reduction of stellar images. The rms method error of determination of single position is several arc sec.
