Hubble Space Telescope (HST) moving target observations are planned, scheduled, and executed using a series of well defined procedures and algorithms. The software system currently in place provides observers and HST operational staff with effective tools to accurately plan, visualize, and execute observations of planets, satellites, comets, and asteroids. The Percy software is the primary component of the system. Percy accurately computes ephemerides and complex geometric constraint time windows. Percy can also generate graphical displays and text reports of solar system phenomena. Other HST subsystems use the Percy data to perform long term observation planning and short term observation scheduling. These software components are well integrated but the Percy software can be used in isolation to support other space or ground based observatories.
