The perturbation due to nonspherical gravitational potential is the most important when artificial satellites move around the earth. It is easily ignored perturbation due to tesseral harmonic terms that will be discussed in this paper. The corresponding perturbation function is as following:
where is geocentric granitational constant, is the equatorial radius of earth referenced ellipsoid , and () are coefficients of tesseral harmonic terms, are obliquity functions, are Hansen coefficients.
