Recently, we have discovered that the frequency and amplitude of the kHz QPOs depends on the phase of QPO at a lower frequency in Sco X-1 and 4U 1608-52. In Sco X-1, the upper kHz QPO frequency can move 22 Hz within a cycle of Normal Branch Oscillation (NBO) while the amplitude of the lower kHz QPO also changes. There is an anti-correlation between the upper kHz QPO frequency and the X-ray count rate on the NBO time scale, which is quatitatively different from the anti-correlationbetween the kHz QPO frequency and X-ray count rate on longer time scales. In 4U 1608-52, we have found that the kHz QPO frequency is also anti-correlated with the X-ray count rate change belonging tothe low frequency QPO (LF QPO), which was discovered by Revnivtsev et al.2001, while on longer time scales a positive correlation between the kHz QPO and the X-ray count rate holds. These resultssuggest that different origins, other than the accretion, works for the NBO and the low frequency QPO. We conclude that both the NBO and the LF QPO are generated inside the inner disk edge, and theradiation force exerted on the inner disk edge by their fluxes, modulates the orbital frequency on the disk, which leads to the anti-correlation between the kHz QPO and the X-ray count rate. The correlationbetween the kHz QPO frequency and the X-ray count rate on time scales of low frequency variabilities and longer may serve as a diagnostic of a certain X-ray variability component.
