In this paper, a new method, i.e. the linearization separation method, is used to calculate Non-LTE stellar atmosphere models. The principles of the new method are based on the iterative of alternating projections of two convex sets used for calculation of linearized models. With the linearization of iteration method the separation of descent of dimension and ill-condition may be realized. It can substitute the complete linearization method in the calculation of stellar atmosphere models.
