Network calculations of primordial nucleosynthesis show that the yield of Li-6 is very sensitive to the cross-section for alpha-(d, gamma)Li-6 in the vicinity of Ecm less than 240 keV. A calculation of the cross-section for this reaction, primarily a direct radiative capture at astrophysical energies, yields a value of 10 times smaller than an earlier estimate. The dependence of the cross-section upon uncertainties in experimentally determined quantities used in its calculation is found to be insufficient to allow significant cosmological Li-6 production.
