Measurements of atmospheric emission and absorption in the IR at a Swiss
site are described. A radiometer, polarizing interferometer, and
spectral hygrometers were used in the work. Variations with time in
precipitable water vapor content are graphed and tabulated, and are
compared with another low-humidity site.
