A method has been developed for the analysis of the optical spectra of Pd-group elements. Optimal conditions are established for the operation of a quasi-steady-state coaxial accelerator, making it possible to obtain a maximum difference in the velocities of ions of different ion-charge state for a sufficiently high intensity of spectral lines. The optical spectrum of Mo excited in a plasma jet was analyzed; approximately 2000 lines of Mo I, Mo II, and Mo III were recorded in the 250-720 nm range.
