The development of small potential perturbations of the gravitational field and matter of a hot dark matter model in the presence of light weakly interacting particles is considered. Transfer functions and their dependence on the number of massive collisionless particles which today are the dynamical dark matter are found. Effective algorithms for building numerical simulation of the development of small inhomogeneities in this model are investigated.
