Several galaxy cluster surveys based on the Sunyaev-Zel'dovich effect (SZE) will detect numerous clusters in the near future. Adopting the tri-axial model and the spherical model respectively for dark matter halos, we give a prediction for unresolved SZE cluster counts and discuss the number uncertainty induced by cluster shape variation. The cluster mass threshold at any distance is determined by the flux limit of a cluster survey when we assume clusters are virialized. We further use the mass function of halos to estimate the cluster count. Our results indicate that in order to tighten constraints on the cosmological parameters with SZE surveys, the system uncertainty induced by halo shaped should be taken into account.
