It is the aim of this proposal to investigate the theoretical limits of pulsar timing. This term, we are reducing the number of sources from 13 to 3 and increasing our integration times. By maintaining our monthly observations we will be sensitive to long-term variations, and an intensive month-long campaign will help determine if millisecond pulsars can be integrated down to ~10ns errors with the Parkes radio telescope. Such errors would permit very stringent limits on a cosmological background of gravitational waves with existing instrumentation prior to the construction of the SKA.
