The theory of satellite precise orbit determination is applied to maritime floating observation station. The conditional equations of orbit determination which are suited for maritime observation floating station are established. With this method, the computation of orbit determination is executed using tracking data obtained from a launch mission, and the results are analyzed and discussed.
