Two theoretical works at CRL on the precise measurement of space-time and relativity are introduced. One is a new idea about satellite orbits. The present author has found that some orbits have the same proper time as that on the Earth's surface and calls them time-geostationary orbits. The other idea is an application of gravitational deflection to measurement of stellar mass. This method can be used to measure not only the mass of double stars but also the mass of single stars.
