The case of a perfect fluid is considered to develop a post-Newtonian approximation of the gravitational field for the theory of gravitation in flat space-time by the author (1979). The conservation law of energy momentum is shown to be equivalent to the equations of motion for massive bodies. The present theoretical analysis demonstrates the agreement between the post-Newtonian approximation of the flat space-time theory of gravitation and Einstein's general theory of relativity.
