Launch and early flight operation, final orbit and ground coverage, orbital maintenance, the science instrument and data, spacecraft attitude, command and telemetry, thermal, and power systems and end-of-life tests are summarized. Geological surveys, agriculture, geology, hydrology, surface temperature mapping, soil to agriculture, meteorology/climatology, information techniques, evapotranspiration, snowmelt runoff, and satellite infrared radiometer calibration are areas for which results are discussed.
