Extensive search of 2300 Odessa Observatory plates has resulted in
finding a new object within the GB 791101 error box. The object seems to
be a short flash. If its duration is about 1 s, then brightness reaches
B = 6m.6 and V = 6m.2. Ratio of gamma to optical
time-integrated fluxes equals 1.6×104.
