The possibility of boson condensation near microscopic black holes with
particle radii comparable to the Compton wavelengths is shown to be the
result of bosonic instability and the cancellation of the black hole
angular momentum. The equations of bosonic instability are integrated
for microscopic and rapidly rotating macroscopic black holes.
