The positions of possible annular dust belts around Mars and Venus are
calculated on the basis of the statistical theory of quasi-isoenergetic
complexes in the form of radial standing waves. A comparison of the
theoretically calculated and observed semimajor axes of the orbits of
the Mars satellites is presented.
