The letter reports the detection of a radio burst at four different frequencies which seems to have been correlated with a gamma-ray burst that was recorded about 60 sec earlier by three satellites and a balloonborne detector. Evidence is discussed in support of the idea that the radio signals were a counterpart of the gamma-ray event. Atmospheric, solar, and anthropogenic origins of the radio burst are definitely ruled out, but no precise source of the apparently correlated bursts is determined.
