An analysis is made of the interaction between laser fields and gravitational radiation. In the presence of this interaction, the absorption or luminescence spectrum of a gaseous medium should include not only conventional nonlinear spectral structures but also nonlinear laser-gravitational resonances centered at frequencies equal to the sum or difference of the frequency of a 'conventional' nonlinear resonance and the frequency of a gravitational wave. Estimates obtained indicate that laser-gravitational resonances can be detected by modern spectroscopic methods.
