An active experiment utilizing energetic electrons and lithium ions is proposed for the Regatta spacecraft. The possibilities for active experiments onboard Regatta A are discussed. The importance of providing normal functioning of the instrumentation is stressed. A fully conductive surface of the spacecraft will have to be maintained irrespective of the type of individual experiment.
