The paper describes the procedure and summarizes some of the intermediate results of a program in which data on meteor phenomena taking place from July 18 to August 17 and at declinations above +30 deg were reevaluated in order to obtain determinations of their radiants. Statistical analysis of the line intersections was carried out. Study of convergence fields leads to determination of astronomical coordinates of radiants, which will be examined in a following paper.
