The instruments at the Torino Observatory, which include a 200/1140 mm Zeiss astrograph, a 380/6870 mm photographic refractor, and a Zeiss plate measuring device, are described, along with a reduction procedure used in a new program of minor planet observations. The exact positions of 25 selected asteroids observed from January 73 through May 1974 are given.
