We discuss the possibility for direct observation of signatures of the first structure formation epoch. It is shown that these spectral-spatial fluctuations of the CMBR spectrum can be observed in rotational lines of primordial molecules due to the elastic resonant scattering of CMBR photons. Detailed chemical kinetic for the proto-clouds is calculated, including the molecules based on heavy elements for the case of the non-standard BBN (NBBN). Calculations were made using the top-hat spherical approach and the Lambda - Cold Dark Matter cosmology. The optical depth and the required integration time for modern radio telescopes are calculated.
