The fine spectral structure caused by the Faraday effect in the interstellar medium was revealed in radio observations of the pulsar PP 0943 in the wavelength range from 80 to 90 MHz. The average degree of polarization in this range was 40 plus or minus 10 percent. The average strength, weighted according to number of electrons, of the interstellar line-of-sight magnetic field component was found to be about 1.3 microgauss. The frequency correlation radius of interstellar scintillations at 100-MHz frequency in the direction of PP 0943 was estimated to be 2.4 plus or minus 0.9 kHz.
