Results are presented for measurements of the brightness temperatures of several planets. The observations were carried out with the RT-22 radiotelescope and a maser centered at 1.35 cm. The brightness temperatures are 457 plus or minus 26 K for Venus, 207 plus or minus 20 K for Mars, 406 plus or minus 28 K for Mercury, 138 plus or minus 8 K for Saturn, and 147 plus or minus 13 K for Uranus. The brightness temperature of Jupiter was assumed to be 140 plus or minus 6 K. The concentration of H2O in the atmosphere of Venus below the cloud layer is estimated.
