A description is given of a calculator program and its use in determining the ephemeris of the nine planets in heliocentric space. The program is written for a hand-held Hewlett Packard Model 67 (or 97) calculator but could be adapted to other comparable calculators. The program enables the analyst to quickly determine the heliocentric longitude (the two-dimensional program assumes all planets lie in the plane of the ecliptic), velocity, radius from the Sun, and flight path angle for any of the nine planets for the period from 1 January 1960 to 31 December 2059. Accuracies within approximately 0.3 degree in longitude exist for all planets except Pluto. Pluto has a large orbital inclination, and this results in errors of as much as 1.3 degrees between 1960 and 1990.
