The dynamics of the heliocentric translational-rotational motion of a spacecraft with a solar sail of complex configurations is examined analytically. In particular, attention is given to the uncontrolled motions of the spacecraft along heliocentric spiral interplanetary trajectories. The solar sail considered here consists of two unequal rectangular surfaces joined together at a right angle. The analysis is confined to the coplanar problem. The possibility of interplanetary flights along spiral heliocentric trajectories with passive orientation of the solar sail is demonstrated.
