Metrics are obtained for all the physically homogeneous, nonstationary cosmological spaces without the use of Einstein equations. An exact solution of the Einstein equation with ideal-gas energy-momentum tensor is given for one of the metrics considered. The cosmological model thus obtained is found to be a nonstationary generalization of Goedel's model (1949).
