The present analysis of the Einstein Imaging Proportional Counter (IPC) X-ray images of the ABCG 85 and ABCG 2199 clusters of galaxies employs a novel method which can reproduce IPC spatial and cluster properties, as well as synthesize cluster images of various kinds of temperature and density distribution. For each cluster, the various kinds of density profile lead to very small core radii and flat density slopes. Computation of X-ray gas masses yields relatively small values. An analysis of binding to ICM densities shows unseen matter to be peaked near the cluster center; this is only possible if the velocity dispersion of the unseen matter is smaller than that of the ICM.
