In this work some results of the multiple system HD 222326 physical and dynamical parameters studying are presented. We suggest a new method for individual radial velocities Vri of wide binaries components determination when radial velocities difference is small (Δ V_r ≤ line profile FWHM). New method was approved on model systems and Vri for HD 222326 was determined using high-resolution spectra. For subsystems we have got improved orbital solutions based on speckle-interferometric observations. The combination of spectral and speckle observations allows us to determine components preliminary position on H-R diagram and their masses. Probably, all components are evolved and leaved the MS at the H-R diagram. Dynamical evolution of the HD 222326 analysis shows that system is stable at the timescale ≥ 10^{6} y .
