The spectral-angular and spectral probability distribution of neutrino-pair photoproduction by an electron in a magnetic field is calculated. An analysis is made of the dependence of the probability of the process on the magnetic field strength, the electron spin orientation in the initial and final states, and the wave circular polarization direction. It is shown that self-polarization of electron spin can be achieved in principle as the result of neutrino-pair photoproduction by an electron in a magnetic field. Owing to the dependence on magnetic field strength, the magnitude of P-odd effects in the probability of the process can be varied easily in experimental conditions.
