A photoneutrino process due to the interaction of the electromagnetic
dipole moments of a neutrino with an electron is considered which may
play a significant role in stellar radiation mechanisms at high
temperature. Expressions are obtained for the total cross section of the
process and the photoneutrino luminosity of a Fermi gas of electrons.
